We will need as much information as you can give us. This will help us be more accurate on for your offer. We will need home details such as address, beds, baths, SQFT, garage, A/C, basement and architectural style. Providing us with when certain updates have been done such as windows, roof, HVAC, electrical, water heater, floors, bathroom updates, kitchen updates, appliances and plumbing will help to make our offer even more competitive. We will need your contact information such as email and phone number.

If you decide to accept our offer we will then send you a contract to sign via email. We will then need to set up an initial walk through to ensure the property is in the same condition as the information you have provided for us. Depending on the situation we may need 1-2 more walk throughs to make sure we can get a gauge on what it may cost to make any repairs if necessary. If all goes according to plan we then will gather information from your to ensure you are the correct owner to the property and set up closing. The entire process will happen in 3 weeks or less. If you need additional occupancy after closing that can be arranged as well.
